[Feature Request] Post Processing Support

Using a Reshade preset like this is such a massive upgrade to the visual fidelity of the game (of course this is personal preference). Reshade is unavailable for other platforms like Android (and android based game devices like Retroid) and so we need a solution that allows at least some basic post processing like Bloom to be applied. With texture and model mods now supported, this is one of the main things keeping the SoH version from matching the visuals of the 3ds version. Thannks!
