[Feature Request] Port 2Ship's Debug Cam to SoH

2Ship2Harkinian's Majora's Mask has a Debug Cam option that functions essentially as a Free Camera. It's extremely easy to access, very intuitive to use and is simply the perfect tool for those who wish to take a better, more controlled look at Ocarina of Time's world without having to fiddle with OoT's Debug Mode or other miscellaneous settings/console commands.
