MacOS: Spaghettify fails with bad_variant_access error

Hello,

I downloaded the mac build today, and Spaghettify fails with the following error:
libc++abi: terminating due to uncaught exception of type std::bad_variant_access: bad_variant_access

I have an M4 Max MacBook Pro with MacOS Sequoia 15.6.
My ROM matches the hash in the readme file and is in z64 format.

The last builds of Starship suffer from the same issue. I'm fairly sure something regressed in commit 53a060b of libultraship. It makes changes to gfx_direct3d11.cpp and gfx_opengl.cpp (adds some arguments to the functions append_formula and UpdateFloats), but it does not make the same changes gfx_metal.cpp.

So I tried adding these arguments in the functions in gfx_metal.cpp and this made the metal backend work for starship. My guess is that this would also fix spaghettikart.

I have no development experience and to be honest I have no idea what the changes I made do so I'm not going to make any pull requests. But maybe this can point some more experienced dev in the right direction.

I can confirm I'm also seeing this on Starship (I realize this issue is on SpaghettiKart, but it seems relevant here as well) on mac M1 max.

didn't look at this issue until now, the thing who are weird is on my mac who are on m3 it work fine, will try fix this this weekend

The only variants in this game is the HM64 Labs and I think 1 other thing. If this is not related to lus then it's probably:

This crash is 100% related to the HM64 Labs (map editor). Could you try deleting your imgui config files. Maybe the editor was turned on by default.

I'm guessing this happens on launch?

If there's a crash with the editor, then I need to fix it.
