CRT filter

It would have been nice to have a CRT filter as an option for those who do not want to play the HD variant, or with razor sharp pixels. It does not have to be something overly complex. Check out for instance this filter (from UltraHDMI mod):

to clarify want to add it but more indirectly with just allow make a post effect shader once mulitple other thing are done
