[Feature Request] "Release L to Fire Charge Shot" on top of "Rapid Fire Mode" and "Hold L to Charge"

Basically I am asking for an option that stacks on top of "Rapid Fire Mode" and "Hold L to Charge", where Releasing L fires the Charge Shot.
