Confirmation menu

Maybe consider a function like checking to confirm something in the menu?
Other plugins allow me to create multiple menus in one file and reference each other, for example if I need to make a confirmation with the choice of quantity for a purchase in a store, i need to do this for every item in every store menu
This is more than 200 menus.......
Of course, it’s very cool that DM still remains easy and understandable, but it’s as if the plugin remained at version 1.18 :(
Guys, I believe in you, I can afford to buy paid plugins for the menu with a huge number of cool mechanics, but I just can’t betray you

Hi. It is possible to create confirmation menus with a bit of creativity. And they can be used for all items.

As an example, here are 2 menus I made for someone:

When you click on purchasing a rank, some values are stored using the Metadata feature. Those values are then used in the confirmation menu to know what rank to give the player and what amount of money to remove.

It should be decently easy to migrate to giving items instead of ranks.

Yes, I can also make a menu on crutches, so that the server would lie down in agony)
But didn’t I write that in other plugins this is done safely and easily configured, for this you do not need to study Java code or have 3 years of experience in server development...
If you don’t want DM to improve and remain the most understandable and multifunctional plugin, you can just go use other plugins and not pass off crutches as help 🥉

I'm sorry but it seems to me that you didn't look at the menus I sent at all. You don't need 3 years of experience and you don't need to know java. All you need to do is use [meta] action to store values, and then %deluxemenus_meta placeholder to read those values.

It is something very simple to do. If you want an even simpler way to do it, menus can have arguments. So you can pass values from one menu to another using [openguimenu] MENUNAME ARG1 ARG2 ETC.

I would love to see an example of how other menu plugins do it but I doubt it can be a lot easier than this to configure.

I looked at your examples, so I decided that this was just a crutch
I tried to do something similar for stores and concluded that for this, I need to make separate menus for each item, this is terrible, I'm just tired, it's really easier for me to learn Java or buy some kind of student plugin for menus...
Look at documentation AbstractMenus or ZMenus, their submenu, which can be left in the main menu so that, for example, the confirmation menu when switching to it, still saves the data from the button

I think it would be much easier if you added more external commands
For example, a command to manage meta from the console or for admin chat, with the argument "-silent"

/dmenu meta add/remove... PLAYER KEY value EXPIRE:20(tick) -silent

Last time here, instead of adding really important features, I was told to use a plugin from another developer and that developer simply forgot to use his plugin

We do actually have commands for managing meta. The only problem is the expiration. It is a bit hard to implement something like that using the PDC API.
