Ask voter for additional insight on vote on a talk #1635
Description
After a user vote, wait a little before asking him if he want to complete his vote by explaining or giving more insight on his vote.
This will benefit speaker on negative perception on specific vote, like "commercial" if the reason why a talk is found commercial is not clear.
To do this:
- add a new setting in the voting form which will hightlight this Text vote after X seconds
- on the feedback app: open the modal after the given time to let the user add a message. Or just change the focus and add a message on top of the text field.
