Feature Request: Dynamic Scene, random brightness per light

What is happening?

Currently every transition for dynamic lights will keep the same brightness

What should be happening?

It would be very nice if you could specify a custom range of brightness that gets randomly applied to each light for each change to create a more dynamic scene.
