Setting AutoRestartTime="11:45 PM" results in shutdown, not restart

Looking at gateway config, it is configured for Auto logoff, not Auto Restart.

Send the IBC logfile. Attach it to your reply, don't quote it inline. Send the whole file.

Just remove the quotes from this line in config.ini:

AutoRestartTime="11:45 PM"

and all should be well.
