Small fix on documentation for default paths

In the documentation (userguide.pdf), for OSX it claims the default directories are:

IBKR TWS program files /home/<username>/Applications
IBC program files      /opt/ibc
config.ini             /home/<username>/ibc

But, presumably, the should be /Users/<username>/Applications and /Users/<username>/ibc ?
