I am trying to create an GUI with an ESP32, a Waveshare 2.4" ILI9341 display (https://www.waveshare.com/2.4inch-lcd-module.htm), and use a rotary encoder to cycle through buttons on the display and click to select the button. I have read the information about configuring for an ESP32 and rotary encoder control, but frankly, this has my heady spinning. If I am programming via the Arduino IDE, do I simply follow the steps laid out here: https://github.com/ImpulseAdventure/GUIslice/wiki/Configure-GUIslice-for-ESP8266-&-ESP32? Apologies if these are newbish questions.
