image URL not saving in database

Hi there.

Quick and simple. When I add an image to a resource and click on save the image URL does not get stored in the database.
Am I doing anything wrong or? Because when I add the URL manually my application does see it. 
If anyone could help that would be really nice. And if more info is needed I am willing to give any that is needed.
