I'm opening this discussion to capture some ideas from this Slack thread opened by @dellagustin. To summarize, these are some industries we might be interested in targeting for InnerSource:

I think we can do data collection (e.g. related groups and events) for all in parallel based on people's interest (e.g., call for data on Slack channels and newsletters) but centrally form the market group, focus one or two.
