Get a meeting transcript

Add a method to the Meetings resource to download information about a given meeting's transcript.

Additionally, offer a way to download the actual transcript when it becomes available.

When I specify the meeting UUID to retrieve the transcript I get a response similar to this:

This is great.

However, if I specify the numerical meeting ID, I get the following response:
