[Feature] Un-hardcoding keybinds

So, it would be pretty cool if one could rebind "Reloading languages" (default F3 + J) and "language cycling" (default Shift + F3 + J),
as it is sometimes a bit annoying to stretch ones hand over the keyboard, simply adding a keybind option in the vanilla keybind menu would be a great help <3
