Additional information about memory: type and width

Sometimes information about the type of memory installed, as well as the width of the memory, is useful.

Describe the solution you'd like
Windows: request values of DataWidth, SMBIOSMemoryType properties
Linux: request full information about memory from lshw
Mac: parse line with "Type:", it is impossible to get information about the memory width

Since the changes are quite substantial, I will take a thorough look and test them, so it may take some time before I merge them.
