Description
It'd be great if there was a way to see whether the worksheet in a bowser has been changed since it was last saved.
A visible flag would be ideal, maybe by the menu icon, but any way to that allows the user to see if the current worksheet state has been saved would be helpful.
I feel the need for this especially when using Gorilla REPL on projects with multiple git branches, but I think it'd be useful in other situations too.
