Known failures [LFortran tests, Cray compiler environment tests]

- LFortran has an issue with `test-drive` and thus fails to be able to run our unit tests. Code compiles successfully.
- There's a bug in the Cray compiler environment that is triggered inside `test-drive` preventing the unit tests to run. Code compiles successfully.
