Fix code snippets in tutorial

[m-fila]

The code snippets provided in "new coordinate system" use undefined functions and don't work when copy pasted.
To avoid similar issues in the future I propose to test them. Literate has #src annotation so the testing code can be put in the same file without getting into documentation
