cuda 10.1和11.3都有问题 但与pytorch都是匹配的 有人有这个问题吗

Pretty weird, I fixed that by adding "import torch" in /Scene-Graph-Benchmark.pytorch/maskrcnn_benchmark/layers/nms.py
