Smart plugs disconnecting and not reconnecting #24724

I have a AU-A1ZBDSS as well and also hanging off a Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus ( CP210x UART Bridge). I see the same behaviour. It pairs, functions for a few weeks and then drops off the network. The buttons are unresponsive and the only way to bring it back up is to cycle power to the circuit which obviously is less than ideal for every other device. They have direct LoS to another smart plug at ~3m distance, and are also are ~3m from another smart plug as well as the bridge itself with only a couple of inches of pine between those, so it's categorically not network, which otherwise is stable. That is the state currently and tomorrow I will cycle the power without unpairing and see if they come back |

@DambusterWeb what (if anything) are you using on top of z2m? I have just cycled everything again and my sockets were responding to z2m just fine but have hung now (with the LEDs lit for the first time) when issuing a command via openhab |

I am having the same frustrations but I now found that it's indeed just all Smartplugs but nothing else:
The first three are 3RSP02028BZ (Third Reality Power Monitoring), the next three are 3RSP019BZ (the normal Third Reality) and the seventh is actually an Osram AB3257001NJ. What follows is a hardwired Zigbee valve and a couple of Inovelli switches; I have many more and they all work perfectly as can be seen. In total I have 72 Zigbee devices. Why the f@#&$^%!@$ are only the smart switches not working? |

Hello there, wondered if anyone can help me with an issue I'm getting with my smart plugs disconnecting from the zigbee network and never reconnecting. If this isn't the right place to ask, please point me in the right direction.
I don't think there are any similar discussions that are still open.
The controller is a SONOFF Zigbee dongle attached to a raspberry pi running zigbee2mqtt.
The plugs are "Aurora AOne Zigbee" smart plugs, which also act as routers and mesh. These are distributed throughout an office with the controller basically central.
However seemingly at random, plugs become "unavailable", and then refuse to reconnect to the network, unless I replug them or resync them.
Logs show
You can see below in the map that the plugs that won't reconnect show a connection to the controller, but with 0 LQ.
I've tried endlessly changing settings in MQTT and updating, but it doesn't seem to have made any difference.
If I delete the plugs from zigbee2mqtt, then they repair and then function, but this also turns them off and on.
Happy to provide any further details, but I'm not sure what would be most useful.
Thanks in advanced.
