Sniffing with Wireshark?

I'd like to sniff with wireshark using SSH capture from the device I'm running ser2net. However, all I can see is TCP packets. What is the correct dissector to be used?

Has that page been trevamped? I definitely remember parts of it but there are some new sections. Sadly, I don’t remember why I needed to capture Zigbee traffic, and neither do I remember the problems I had.
