Just copy over the data directory from your existing Zigbee2MQTT installation to the zigbee2mqtt subfolder. If needed indeed change the mqtt and serial settings |

Hello,
In the documentation to restore from a standalone installation, I can read we have to connect using SSH on port 2222 and copy to specific folders in internal mounts.
I plan to migrate from a container installation of Home Assistant to HA OS and I'm doing some tests in a test VM.
When I installed the Zigbee2MQTT add-on then started it, I noticed there is a zigbee2mqtt subfolder in config directory where the configuration looks to be.
Why shouldn't it work if I stop the add-on and place all files in this directory using E.G. SMB share before starting the add-on again?
After modifying the file to replace E.G. MQTT settings and the serial port if needed.
