new device (HUE) is not populated to Home Assistant

I had troubles with mine Hue Motion Sensor. At the end I'll tried to delete the device and add it again. The new device (bijkeuken_motion_sensor) is visible in zigbee2mqtt, however not in HA.

I am on the latest release on HA and Zigbee2mqtt. Never had this issue before and did not change any in the configuration. I did already a full reboot, restart zigbee2mqtt, nothing helps.
