I want to install PyTorch v1.0.0 on my Jetson TX2 but I cannot find any available in this repo. Am I missing something?. Thanks.

Yes, the oldest version this repo built for PyTorch is v1.4.0.

If you need v1.0.0, which is a really old version, you may need to compile it from source.
