Decals rendering as partially transparent with differed installed.

There is an issue where decals on parts appear to take on transparency. In the VAB the part appears normal, and if the part doesn't have metallic properties it also appears more-or less normal. I do also have TURD installed. Some help with this would be greatly appreciated, however if this isnot something that you can help with I also understand, but I thought I'd reach out here anyway since it appears the creator of Conformal Decals is no longer active

also note that this is easily replicated with any decal, placed on any part that has metallic properties with tufx
