Letter on Number row.

Hello there.
Is it possible for a foreign language that has some letters on number keys to type them properly?
It's Thai in my case. (See picture below.)
Even I've switched my keyboard to Thai, it still is a number when I typed, not the actual letter I want, please help.

If you try disabling the numbers as autocomplete keys, does that fix the issue?
