Serverbooks disappear

• Server Version: CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-109b080-1dced6a (MC: 1.12.2) (Implementing API version 1.12.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

Steps to Reproduce this Bug

1. Installed Plugin
2. Wrote a book.
3. Saved it.
4. Waited a few seconds.

Observed Results

After a few seconds my saved book gets lost.
I use /book save to save it and directly after the command i am able to give myself this book. If I wait some seconds and try the give command again, it'll say that there a no books with this name.

Also there's no file generated which would include the book.

Expected Results

I thought that once saved the book can be spawned an infinite amount of times.

Also i get this Warning line in my console:

I can also confirm this running on a 1.12.2 spigot server (most recent)
