Players Infected by Human Blood Flasks

Steps

1. First, I did /v flask 19 several times. I was human, so the blood was not vampiric.
2. I drank the potions.
3. As a result, I (and others) became a vampire from drinking human blood.

There were no errors in the logs, but people could become vampires by drinking their own human blood from a flask. It would take a few tries to work, however. I expected it to not infect said player.
