This server is running CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-2086bb0-d0a3620 (MC: 1.12.2) (Implementing API version 1.12.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)
Steps to Reproduce this Bug
Have none of the required ingredients in your inventory: use altar of light.
Observed Results
You are cured... whether or not you are infected, the necessary items aren't even given to you (as they are when trying the same with an altar of darkness).
With or without the items, the confirmation messages from the altar of light are printed into the chat twice. (if you did collect the required items, they are used up as expected)
Expected Results
Altar should work identically to altar of darkness. Nothing should happen if you do not have the required ingredients to use the altar, it should provide the list of ingredients so that players new to the plugin know what to go retrieve.
