Error with plugin in 1.12

• Server Version: 1.12.2

Steps to Reproduce this Bug

1. downloaded the plugin
2. added it into my server
3. just did not work

Observed Results

Nothing has happened. the plugin just wont work i think it might have to do with the yml files not being created. i dont know what to do other than report it. i read some other customer reviews and some said they were having the same problem so i know its not just me.

Expected Results

for it to work and create the yml files i dont know what else to tell you
