Many thanks. When I manually copy the custom.css to public, everything works fine!

Hi,
I've just upgraded to 7.4.0! I have a
custom.cssinassets/csswhich is simply:h3 { font-size: 0.5em; }Unfortunately, it has no effect on my H3s. Do I need to do something else?
