[Bug] Cant pick up items or break blocks outside of spawn chunk when using meteor

Steps to reproduce

Joined world punched tree. did not get block that dropped tried to punch difrent tree. tre would not break.

1.21.10 #17

Minecraft Version

1.21.10

this issue was triggered by joining a world with blink enabled in the previous. disabled blink and left and rejoined it was fixed

I might make the module send a warning to chat if you join a server with it enabled
