Change status and add role columns in Home Page Table

Overview of the problem

Currently in homepage (https://spark.midburn.org/en/home) there's one table column for role in camp which is titled status and contains the role of the camp member.

Expected behavior

There should be two separate columns for role and status

1. role column shall contain user's role in camp (manager, member etc...)
2. status column shall contain approval status for the member (is the member approved or not)

Actual behavior

Single column which contain both role and status data

Same column appears in Edit camp -> Members, so should be split there too
