Camp view should have edit button

Overview of the problem

Camp editing is only accessible through home page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to camp view (המחנה שלי)
2. No edit button available (even for admins)

Expected behavior

Camp admins should be able to edit camps directly from camp view

Actual behavior

Button is missing
