Provide the template or example mod

Thanks to your great work for these mappings that provide an easy measure of developing multi-version-and-api mods.

How to use this mapping is the remain difficulty.

So, I write the template based on MTR and MSD by @AIDA64S .

可能还有点问题，比如其实不需要common这个module了，以及Dynmap这其实是MTR自身为了兼容Dynmap所引入的，一般mod不需要等，我之后会修改然后尝试提交给Jonathan

You can make your own repository from https://github.com/new.

Then you can use Git to push and pull files to and from your local computer without having to touch the GitHub website.

It won't be owned by Minecraft Transit Railway but it can be transfered in the future.
