SRT connection sends unnecessary NAKs when receiving packets out of order #3
Description
The SRT connection sends unnecessary many NAKs when receiving packets out of order due to threat racing. It is fine for the receiver to send a NAK as soon as an out of order packet is received, but the packets are usually received immediately after. Currently this includes the great majority of the NAKs on reliable connections.
