Add logging

This would be helpful in several ways:

• We could quantify performance in the same way we do with NodeNorm, so if we build an alternate querying system we can compare their performance.
• We can check more closely for issues like Slow performance with short words in search query #107.
• If we additionally report recent information in /status, that would allow us to track NameRes remotely and set up triggers for when response times slowed etc. This might be the best way to manage a StatefulSet to control web frontends.
