Add clickable link in job summary after uploading to Zenodo

As shown in #443 (comment), it's possible to get zenodraft to output the version_id of the new Zenodo entry. We can then use that version_id to make a nice clickable link for use after releases, so people don't have to browse around Zenodo themselves.

Once zenodraft/action#31 is merged, we could implement this in our workflow.
