Update Environment Exposure Terms

I am working on an extension to OMPI called PMMO and looking to include some example terms to illustrate how it works. Per discussion with Oliver, I would want these terms to bemoved to OMPI.

Right now, I would like to expand and include a new parent and siblings to the 'environmental exposure to infectious agent'.

• environmental exposure
• organismal environmental exposure
  -- environmental exposure to carcinogenic agent
  -- environmental exposure to growth environment
  -- environmental exposure to infectious agent
  -- environmental exposure to radiating agent

For environmental exposure, I would like to define it as the following:
def: "A process in which a material organism is in direct contact and proximity with another, seperate material entity such that it realizes a role within a process."

I am tentatively thinking of defining it organismal environmental exposure as
def: "A biological process in which an organism is a participant within of an environmental exposure."

The different types of environmental exposure would then follow as defining what roles are realized:
i.e. infectous agent, radiating agent, etc.

Please let me know if there are futher details that would be needed (such as definitons for the different roles).
