Proposed terms for PMMO regarding studies and investigations.

Per my work on expanding OPMI to cover metadata within SEA-CDM, there a couple of new terms I would like to propose (along with definitions). I have brought this up in last meeting but would like to submit them to avoid using my current placeholder terms within PMMO. I have included their intended parent and definition, through we can discuss axioms if approved.
