Transitive debt simplification

This is a big one, but reducing the number of transactions necessary to settle up is, what would make OpenSplit worthwhile.

The way I'd like to see this, is a menu where you enter a set of people and then it lists the minimal amount of transactions that equalizes all debt between those persons.
