Pseudopotential header needs reworking #406
Description
When I introduced HGH/GTH pseudopotentials, I added a line in the pseudopotential header to give the form of the potential. But I put it as the first line which means that new ion files cannot be read by older versions of the code. This is a Bad Thing! Simple fix: put the line later in the header.
