Vertexpos: Change type Vector{Vector{Float64}} to Matrix #26
Description
The type Vector{Vector{Float64}} is problematic when storing graphs and using HDF5.
If that is changed, other packages such as SyntheticNetworks and SyntheticPowerGrids.jl will need to be updated as well.
