Adding Summon Phantasm to Lancing Steel make POB ignore its number of Projectile. #9419

What is the value from the calculation in-game?
In this pob you can see when you disable Summon Phantasm the DPS for HRoC more than doubles. Somehow Summon Phantasm is reducing the number of projectile hits from Lancing Steel to 1 where it should be 14.

How to reproduce the issue
