fixDuplicates in taxonomy will keep only the first element. #4
Description
This might be inconvenient for example, if we prepare one of the entries in the config file with some metadata but by a mistake there is another entry with the same taxid early in the list.
fixDuplicates will keep the first element in the list and erase the second one without asking the user.
