ResetSpecific for Motor Controllers doesn't work via WF121->Herc->WD #215

But does thru WD. Doesn't get an ack from WD like other RS via WF121->Herc->WD. Likely an issue with not being on the ResetSpecific port enum. Check port and WDI for filters. Currently means we can't reset motors on the surface.
