Have Snow Generate on Procedural Generated Spruce Trees

Have snow generate on the procedural generated spruce trees. If it apparently causes more lag than it is worth then just forget about it or have it as a possible config option. Just kinda looks odd to see no snow on these giant trees in the Highlands.

Adapt or change to however you seek fit.

The snow could be generated async, so lag shouldn't be an issue. This will most likely be implemented.
