PySCeS fails to simulate model that tellurium and VCell can execute with CVODE

Here is a model that tellurium and VCell can execute with CVODE with their default settings, but PySCeS cannot

PySCeS fails with this error:

'Convergence test failures occurred too many times during one internal time step or minimum step size was reached. At time 0.000000.'
