Add a switch of default audiovm to devices widget #10449

Make it easier to switch audiovm (enable/disable USB audio) with GUI.
The solution you'd like
Add an option to devices widget to switch default_audiovm global property between dom0 and another audiovm(s). Make it visible only if there are actually multiple audiovms configured (qubes with audiovm service enabled).
